called "GNU configure and build system" that points to
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/configure/index.html#Top is broken for me.
Not sure where the right place to go is.

I've had a look at this, but couldn't easily find a suitable fix; Joseph,
have you got an idea?

If binutils were to put their mainline documentation online in a similar
way to GCC, then set up a redirect to where binutils puts the manual.
