All,

   My company has a need for 64-bit support on IBM 64-bit processors
(S70 systems, AIX 4.3). Is any work being done on this? I'd willing
to volunteer to help get this done.

	Yes, work is progressing on this.  Support might be included in
the next EGCS release.  Initial releases containing support may not be as
robust or efficient as the current 32-bit support.

	Note that GNU binutils (GAS / GLD) and GDB support is not in plan.
