	If all these rs6000 changes are correct, I do not object to
applying them.  However, if you make changes to movsi and movdi, you need
to make consistent changes to movhi and movqi as well.

	Would someone please explain to me beyond the ChangeLog entries
*WHY* this change is correct?  Especially after we went through all of the
trouble of rushing these changes into egcs-1.1 release?
