Hello,
We're currently using GNU gcc v2.95.2 on Solaris 2.6, but are preparing to
upgrade to Solaris 8. Can you please tell me if you provide a 32-bit and
64-bit version of gcc and for how long you plan on supporting them?

Thank you,

gcc3.0.1 will compile 64bit binaries but you'll have to get through many
struggles to make it work :)

if you're _really_ interested i can supply you with gcc for
sparcv9-sun-solaris2.8 binaries.

good luck

HP-UX is the same way. :)

There are some up on ice.mudshark.org a while back. I think I may need
to update the disclaimer to point to the FAQ entry about sparcv9 not
being "officially" supported.
