Thanks! Hoping it's a more ANSI C++ compiler than the dreck that
SunSoft sells....

Output from running srcdir/config.guess: sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1
(I used CC=/op/SUNWspro/bin/c89 to bootstrap.)
Output from "g++ --version": egcs-2.90.29 980515 (egcs-1.0.3 release)
P.S. I had some trouble getting started because I followed the README
under srcdir and not the instructions under INSTALL. Once I found the
"recipe" under INSTALL, everything went smoothly.
