It has been re-landed at least twice since then :)
Well, I can't promise that it won't be reverted again. I obviously do
not want that. Hard to say. I need to send some follow up clean up
patches and I plan to wait till the end of the week (to avoid messy
multi commit reverts).
So if there are no deadlines to miss, I would suggest waiting until
the beginning of the next week.
