I have a codeblocks 17.2 on Windows 7 OS,
What is the latest version of gcc c++ compiler to get all new c++ features?
and How can I get it?

The latest version is 8.1.0

Builds of GCC that work on Windows are provided by the MinGW and
mingw-w64 projects:
