This PR describes a problem on the ARM where reload falls over when
compiling the Linux kernel.

Because the ARM is one of our secondary platforms we can ship without
fixing this bug -- but I would like to fix it if we can. It is,
however, beyond my abilities to fix.

Would someone be willing to volunteer to fix this problem? Bernd, I
know you're a reload expert; would you be willing to help out?

If you're a volunteer willing to work on this bug, please let me know.

Thank you,

I think you mean PR 2327.

BTW, it looks like this might be the same issue as PR 2385 (reload falls over
when compiling GNU libc).

Yes. Thanks,

I believe this is because of this change (which I commented at the time
was probably incorrect).

2001-02-09 Nick Clifton <nickc@redhat.com>

        * config/arm/arm.md: Change output contraint on post inc
load/store multiple patterns to be a read/write contraint.

For some reason it hasn't been reverted yet.
