Please use http://gcc.gnu.org/develop.html#future instead.

We have fixed this days ago, but the mirroring process from gcc.gnu.org to
www.gnu.org often is lagging behind, unfortunately (and several messages
to webmaster@gnu.org concerning this have gone unreplied).
