Someone with write access to the GCC directory on gnudist.gnu.org needs
to put it there. Gaby, you may want to contact the GNU people for an
account if you ever intend to do another release. And someone needs to
move this one.

I checked this with the GNU folks (who were extremely responsive)
and it's now there; in addition, they will provide Gaby access so
that he can upload it in the future.
