gpc -- FAQ update for egcs-1.1.1

The FAQ needs an update for GNU Pascal. GNU Pascal works with egcs-1.1 
and egcs-1.1.1 prerelease. It doesn't work with egcs-1.0.x and the
current main branch. The tarball can be found at
ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/gnu-pascal/beta/gpc-19980830.tar.gz

Thanks for that information. I have installed the patch below.

Please keep us informed about any future changes. (If you could supply
updates to our FAQ in patch format that would be great, but also plain
text is fine.)
