Where can I find egcs-1.0.2 distribution. I could not find it in
the release section of egcs homepage.
I saw a patch egcs-1.0.2-mips.patch.gz at
ftp://ftp.linux.sgi.com/pub/test/
Since I am having problems building a MIPS cross compiler I want to apply
this patch.
So I have a patch for a distribution I cannot find. -:))
Please help.
thanks
madhu

In any case, please try egcs-1.1 instead first.

Most probably patches for 1.0.2 will also work for 1.0.3a; the differences
between these releases are minimal.

You can get all distributions which have been released so far at

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I receive the following error when compiling ssh-1.2.26 with egcs-2.92.19:
clientloop.c:445:Invalid asm statement:
clientloop.c:445:fixed or forbidden register 2 (cx) was spilled for class CREG.
This never happened before I updated egcs this morning.

You did not specifiy from which version you updated, but it's
possible that this is actually a ssh bug. Please check
http://egcs.cygnus.com/faq.html#asmclobber for further information.
If you believe it's an egcs bug, please submit a full bug report
http://egcs.cygnus.com/faq.html#bugreport
