Hello,

I just installed egcs-1.1.1 on a machine running Solaris 2.6. I can
compile fine but when it gets to the linking stage I get the following
error:

/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.6/egcs-2.91.60/libgcc.a: could
not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

I don't recall any errors when I built egcs, but perhaps libgcc.a did not
build correctly?

I welcome any help or pointers to help, Thanks.

	-David
