Wanting to add a man page for the gccbug script. Is this still
necessary when we'll switch to bugzilla? Will the reports sent by
gccbug still be handled?

The gcc-gnats email converter will handle gccbug email indefinitely.
Perhaps someone will write a new version of gccbug that uses the Bugzilla
email interface rather than going via the converter as well, but the
converter is needed for the installed base (and I understand reuses the
same code as converts the database) which means that a new gccbug version
isn't needed in order for the conversion to take place.
