Ave Manfred.

The testresults-mail you saw is generated by a script that does a make
bootstrap and if the bootstrap is succesfull does a make -k check and
then sends the testresults. So at least the bootstrap is succesfull.
The script doesn't install the bootstrapped compiler, but deletes the
objdir and then makes a tarball of the tree.

There are a couple of testresults-mail from this computer of gcc-3.3 and
none seem to have java testresults in them. So it seems that java
bootstraps ok,but doesn't do the make -k check very well.

I'm going tot start a new bootstrap/check cycle tonight and keep the
objdir so I can try to install it and look in the .sum and .log files.

You can see the logfiles/cvs-tree and script at
cam029208.student.utwente.nl/~caligula.
As soon as you see a new testresults mail from this computer, you will see
a HEAD directory on the webpage and can investigate :)

Please feel free to ask more questions if you need to.
I'm willing to try k6 specific patches anytime.
