Right now the configuration is for all commits to appear on the mailing list, just as all SVN commits do. I think user namespace commits are interesting to see, but we can set hooks.no-emails to refs/users/ in the hook configuration if we don't want them to appear on the list - that configuration option already exists. https://github.com/AdaCore/git-hooks documents the available configuration options. -- Joseph S.
