link is updated and a message is sent to the gcc list.  Please do not use
a snapshot before it has been announced that way.

Would be nice to have md5 sums there also

$ /opt/csw/bin/openssl md5 gcc-4.4-20080725.tar.bz2

This is an excellent idea.  I just implemented a change to that
effect and today's snapshot for GCC 4.6 has this:

I am not really satisfied about how this looks yet and will tweak
this a bit over time.
