gcj isn't supported on Darwin, is it? I get:
*** This configuration is not supported in the following subdirectories:
target-libffi target-boehm-gc target-zlib target-libjava
(Any other directories should still work fine.)
In any case, this is a bug in the rs6000 REGISTER_MOVE_COST, it
returns 2 when it should not.
