Hi,
egcs 980115 failed "make check" on Linux/alpha with the libg++ add-on.
I got

I am using RedHat 5.0 on Linux/alpha. I installed glibc 2.0.6.

With glibc 1.99 perhaps? Yes, an incautious generalization from
