1) printf_fp patch by Jason Merrill and Ulrich Drepper
2) tests for _G_HAVE_PRINTF_FP in libio.h and iostream.cc by myself
3) method.c patch by Jason Merrill
4) toplev.c (rest_of_compilation) patch by Jason Merrill
5) reload.c (decompose) patch by Thomas Koenig
6) regclass.c (init_reg_modes) patch by Jason Merrill
7) typeck.c (build_reinterpret_cast) patch by myself
8) tinfo.cc #pragma interface/implementation patch by myself
9) g++.brendan/crash39.C g++ testsuite patch by myself
