How does one build dwarf2out. Better yet, is there a Linux RedHat 7.x
executable available?
I downloaded gcc and found dwarf2out.c, but couldn't compile it -- some
includes appeared to be missing, even after running configure. I found
dwarf2out.o in MyObjs and tried to link it, but got lots of undefined
symbols, even after searching all of the libraries.

dwarf2out.c is compiled into the various language's compilers, such as
cc1, cc1plus, etc, it's not intended to become a stand-alone
executable.
