commit 49a9cf56ffd49539234e6cb33a5d1d19ba4e2388
Author: Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com>
Date: Fri Jan 14 07:33:33 2022 -0700

    Remove EL_* macros from location.c

This patch removes the old-style EL_* macros from location.c. This
cleans up the code by itself, IMO, but also enables further cleanups
    in subsequent patches.
