commit d8de7963a9d64d82e745e402f7f264fc53f4f2a7
Author: Andrew Burgess <aburgess@redhat.com>

gdb: some int to bool conversion in breakpoint.c

Some int to bool conversion in breakpoint.c. I've only updated the
function signatures of static functions, but I've updated some
function local variables throughout the file.

There should be no user visible changes after this commit.
