commit fa7513798064246f0481385d2f5918c66dddaa8e
Author: Simon Marchi <simon.marchi@efficios.com>

gdb: migrate arm to new gdbarch_pseudo_register_write

Make arm use the new gdbarch_pseudo_register_write. This fixes writing
pseudo registers to non-current frames for that architecture.
