gdb/testsuite:
* gdb.base/vla-multi.c: New. Test source file
for testing multi-dimensional VLA's in C.
* gdb.base/vla-multi.exp: New. Tests ensure
that multi-dimensional VLA's can be evaluated
correctly in C.
