This patch fixes the sim, which is the the biggest remaining user. I think the patches are all pretty obvious. I tested this by building these sims on x86-64 Fedora 18: arm-elf, bfin-elf, cr16-elf, d10v-elf, sparc-elf (builds the "erc32" sim), mips-elf, moxie-elf, sh-elf, and v850-elf.
