FYI, I just committed the following as obvious to clean up the gdb
testsuite fallout from this change.

	* gdb.arch/powerpc-power.exp <cmprb>: Update tests to account for
	the compulsory L operand changes.
	* gdb.arch/powerpc-power.s: Likewise.
