Hello,
In preparation for the GDB 8.3 release, I made the following change
in gdb/NEWS.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* NEWS: Change "Changes since GDB 8.2" into "Changes in GDB 8.3".
Pushed to gdb-8.3-branch.
