I tried a build with the address sanitizer, and another with the
undefined behavior sanitizer.
This series fixes the simplest bugs I found.
There is still one remaining address sanitizer report that I didn't
investigate, coming from gdb.dwarf2/dw2-icc-opaque.exp. There's also
one remaining undefined behavior report, triggered by
gdb.ada/access_to_packed_array.exp.
Tested on x86-64 Fedora 32.
