Hello everyone,

Please avoid pushing any commit to the gdb-13-branch branch during
the next few hours. I am working on creating the next release
off this branch.

Also, if at all possible, it saves me a bit of time if you can avoid
pushing changes to the master branch, as it would force me
to handle rebasing and possibly conflict resolution.

I will send a followup message when the branch is open again.

Hi everyone,

I have the release tarballs :-), so the gdb-13-branch is open
again for new commits.

As a reminder, please remember that all fixes now going into the
gdb-13-branch should have a corresponding PR in bugzilla. This is
important so we can publicize the exact list of fixes we made
between the .1 and the (upcoming) .2, which we normally try to
publish roughly 3 months from now.
