	* linux-nios2-low.c: Adjust includes and comments.  Remove
	HAVE_PTRACE_GETREGS conditionals.
	(nios2_regsets): Use PTRACE_GETREGSET and PTRACE_SETREGSET
	instead of PTRACE_GETREGS and PTRACE_SETREGS.
