create the next GDB release branch in a month (Jun 15th)?

Hello,

Now that GDB 7.9.1 is out the door, it's time for us to look at
the next release, which I tentatively numbered 7.10.

I felt that the only period I wanted to avoid was Aug, where a lot
of people would traditionally take time off. That leaves with
a release either before or after.  Looking at the NEWS file, I see
a lot of goodness has already been added since 7.9; and following
the adage of "release early, release often", I think we can try
to be a little aggressive and try to aim for branching on Monday,
June 15th - or about a month from now.

Thoughts?

I've created the wiki page for that release:

If there are changes not in master yet, that you think should be
part of the release, of if you know of blocking issues and/or
regressions, can you please let us know. We'll use the wiki to
track all of them and make sure we don't forget any.

June 15th is a good time for linaro gdb release.  We want to include GDB
7.10 in next linaro toolchain release on July/Aug.
