It looks like a compiler bug to me.

The second variable is also 'x':

    FAIL: gdb.dap/ada-nested.exp: unknown variable x #2

... with the same value as the first 'x'.
So it seems to be some kind of duplicate.

We could either work around this (allow it in the test) or just require
some newer version of GNAT.

I think I'll update my recent patch to this test to allow this
weirdness.
