I notice Joel didn't get around to updating the copyright date ranges
this year ... so I've taken the liberty of doing it.
I'll not include the patch here, but it's commit:

Date: Fri Jan 12 15:30:44 2024 +0000
Update copyright year range in header of all files managed by GDB
If I've messed anything up then apologies, and obviously, happy to try
and fix any issues.
