GDB 10.2 Release: 2021-03-13 update (10.2 release delayed)

Hello everyone,

We were hoping to make the 10.2 release this weekend, but unfortunately
two new PRs have made a last-minute appearance. One of them seems to be
taken care of (to be confirmed), while the other is still open and
might be trickier than expected. I'll monitor what happens this week
and we can decide from there...

Here's the current status:

Yes, this is all fixed now. I forgot to mark the bug fixed, but that's now
done too.
