Hi everyone,

Another quick update on the status of the release. Thiago's super
helpful update inspired me to look at the current situation again;
thanks Thiago!

We have a new entrant this week with a use-after-free issue.
Not sure yet if someone has said they are looking at it or not.
I'll keep an eye on it.

Some very good progress in the past week otherwise, so unless the new
use-after-free issue takes a lot of time to fix, I am thinking we're
getting close to branching and pre-release!

As mentioned before, at this stage, we will want to create the branch
and then pre-release + release as soon as all identified issues below
are fixed. More precisely:

  - Pre-release: As soon as all blocking issues are solved.
  - Release (15.1): Two weeks after pre-release.

Thanks everyone!

        are still waiting to be signed. (no change since Feb 15)
