[PATCH 0/5] struct symtab split part 1

Hi.

This patch set is basically cleanup work to lay a foundation
for part 2 which splits up struct symtab into two pieces.
I have split it out because this set can stand by itself.

1/5 - macro SYMTAB_OBJFILE
2/5 - macro SYMTAB_DIRNAME
3/5 - macro SYMTAB_LINETABLE
4/5 - buildsym api cleanup
5/5 - macro SYMTAB_BLOCKVECTOR

This patch set was prepared with a tree that has these patches applied:

I've pushed this series.
I'm still going to wait a few days before pushing part 2.
