To reproduce the bug:
- start to debug a programa, with some object or a structure with a few fields
on it.
- Set to display the structure variable. The idea is to create a display with
more lines the the TUI prints at onde (turn on pretty printing helps this).
- set a breakpoint a few lines down, somewhere the display still valid
- run the program to the breakpoing (continue command)
- now the display will show partially (with "---Type <return> to continue, or q
<return> to quit---" prompts)
- hit <return> until when get out of the display and back to the command line

Problem found! If we hit <return> to repeat the last command (wich was continue)
it won't work.
