MI clients willing to edit the ignore count of a given breakpoint cannot do so
today because there is no MI command for that.

These clients are obliged to resort to a cli command, which is suboptimal.

A possible format for the -break-ignore command would be:

-break-ignore <breakpoint-number> <ignore-count>
