freepascal source:

LoadLibrary('dsound.dll');

tested versions 6.8 and 7.1, crashes appear for dlls

DSound.dll  5.3.2600.2180
winmm.dll 5.1.2600.2180

does not apper with some other dlls.
gdb 6.2 doesn't crash this way.
