where the complex DWARF expressions in DW_AT_location has been reverted as no
longer used by GCC.  But it was a nice code cleanup.

But the patch needs dynamic types - with attributes evaluated as DWARF
expressions - as contained in archer-jankratochvil-vla.  Postponed till that
time.

There is no known real world case where this feature is needed.  The patch
still was a GDB code cleanup.
