    * f-valprint.c (f_val_print): Respect symbol_print.
    * c-valprint.c (c_val_print): Respect symbol_print.
    * NEWS: Update.
    * printcmd.c (print_address_symbolic): Return int.  Ignore some
    zero-size symbols.
