Test case gdb.base/gdb11531 fails on x86_64, Linux-2.6.32 (CentOS 6.0).

When "next"ing over an assignment which should trip a watchpoint, the
watchpoint is not seen.  

Test case:

struct rec
{
 int x;
 double y;
 int z;
};

static struct rec myrec;

int
main ()
{
  myrec.x = 5;
  myrec.y = 3.4;
  myrec.z = 56;
  myrec.x = 78;
  return myrec.x;
}

(gdb) break main
(gdb) run
-- stops at myrec.x = 5;
(gdb) watch myrec.x
(gdb) next
-- assignment of myrec.x not reported
