A screenshot of how the tui mode gets scrambled

Whenever the program being debugged by gdb in tui mode produces any output, on
stdout or stderr, the tui gets mangled.

To reproduce the result, compile and debug this file in tui mode

```c
#include <unistd.h>
#include <stdio.h>

int main()
{
    for (;;)
    {
        sleep(1);
        fputs("hello, world\n", stdout);
    }
}
```
