[binutils-gdb/gas/config/tc-arm.c:8874]: (style) Expression '(X & 0xf0000) !=
0xf000' is always true.

      if (((br & 0x200) == 0) && ((br & 0xf0000) != 0xf000))

Looks like a typo to me.
