At present it should normally be fine to open any available libcc1.so.
The gdb side is simple and generic.  It doesn't have any target dependencie=
s.
It also does a version negotiation with the server side (the GCC plugin), so
it should work fine with whatever is available there.

In theory this could be a problem if the need arises to make a permanent
backward incompatible change.  In this case, though, it seems to me that
the command will fail anyway, due to version negotiation failure; and that
we can always change gdb to tell the user how to fix the problem.
