Should be fixed with
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdb/+bug/1927192. The root cause is
armhf gdb not being able to find required symbols to be able to tell if it
should use a thumb breakpoint or a Arm breakpoint.
Please reopen if this is still a problem.
