When using -readnow, some complaints are missing due to the fact that they're
only implemented in the partial symbol reader.
It's desirable to have the same behaviour for gdb irrespective of the symbol
reading mode, though in some cases it may not be practical to implement.
For now, file the occurrences here for KFAILing.

Complaints are really a gdb developer feature, not a user feature.
