Confirmed, I reproduced this on openSUSE Tumbleweed with system gcc 10.2.1,= and debuginfo for libgcc installed. In the beginning of the test-case, we check for skip_unwinder_tests, which first checks for the presence of _Unwind_DebugHook. Without debuginfo for libgcc, it's not found, with debuginfo for libgcc, it is.
