1. Debug an simple infinite loop program with remote target in standard
all-stop mode
2. Do "continue" to resume execution
3. Resize the terminal

An unexpected prompt appears:


(gdb) c
Continuing.
(gdb)  <--- appeared after resizing terminal

Even though the prompt appears, GDB doesn't accept commands, and is still able
to process stops and ^C, so there's no real damage.  Just an unexpected
`(gdb)`.
